I’m known as an Integrative Healer. I combine scientific and spiritual systems together to guide you to a balanced state of health that supports your body, mind, and soul. That’s a long way of saying that we’ll do some detective work together to figure out the best path for you. Instead of simply playing a small role in your life, you will become the leader.
After years of dealing with my own physical health issues as well as stress and depression, I found holistic healing was the answer to my own woes! I studied for years with competent and heartfelt teachers like Acharya Shunya, Sonia Choquette, and Lourdes Gray; at institutions like Vedika Global and the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing; and I continue to bring ancient teachings into the modern world. Ayurveda
AYURVEDA (eye-yur-vay-dah): A holistic, empowering, whole-body health management system that originated in India 5,000 years ago. The basis of traditional Ayurveda is a step-by-step scientific system that uses a combination of food and lifestyle guidelines based on body type, the seasonal calendar, your state of mind, and your current stage of life.
In Ayurveda, preventative health care comes first and immunity building protocols are its ally. Western (allopathic) medicine has its place in the healing journey, but nutrition and digestive management is where Ayurveda takes up the reins and takes us home to real, manageable health. Your unique diet and lifestyle requirements are the first fallback for a lifetime of health.

There are two packages to choose from. The Rose takes place within a month and starts you on the road to your own healing. We delve into some of the major food and lifestyle habits that can easily be changed in order for you to feel some relief. The Lotus happens 6 times throughout the year and is a deeper dive into a long-term plan for transforming your health with education and resources for building and sustaining new practices.
THE ROSE - 3 SESSIONS - $450
A month-long package which includes:
○ A 60-min intake session
○ A 50-min minute session for diet/lifestyle
○ A 50-min follow-up session
THE LOTUS - 6 SESSIONS - $750
A year-long package which includes:
○ A 60-min intake session
○ Six 50-min sessions to occur seasonally every three months via the Ayurvedic seasonal calendar

Reiki
REIKI (ray-kee): Reiki is extremely effective in destressing the mind and therefore calming the body. Reiki practitioners are the masseuses of the magnetic energy field world. The practitioner uses certain hand positions above the energy centers (chakras) and organs in the body and head area. This acts as a complementary health care system used to allow your body to heal itself with less pain.
The cells, organs, and energy centers start working together and communicating together more effectively to produce the necessary healing you need. This can also be applied to specific areas that have held long-time trauma. Reiki is so effective it is becoming widely used in hospitals by nurses and doctors as pre- and post-surgery therapies.

They are scheduled as closely together as possible to help release any long-term constrictions your body has been holding. After using that package, we can continue with spot treatments using The Open Sky.

We explore the possible steps to take to move you towards a path that can lead to your own inner peace and happiness.
