CANCELLATION POLICY:

This practice has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN:

For local appointments: Please come to the front porch door and let yourself in to the waiting area. Any paperwork will be sent prior to a first time appointment and can be filled in online.

Online sessions: Information will be sent via email to login to your appointment.

FACILITIES:

This practice offers in-person appointments. The office area is visited by cats and dogs; and the outside area is close to farm animals and honeybees. Any allergies or concerns should be discussed beforehand. Online appointments with Zoom can also be made.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:

This practice is not equipped for emergency situations. Please call 911 or visit an emergency room for any and all medical emergencies.

INSURANCE:

This practice does not accept insurance programs. These appointments are paid by Visa, Mastercard, check, or cash.

AYURVEDA:

Ayurveda is not meant to be a complete replacement for any recommended allopathic medical treatment. While Ayurveda can treat many of the same conditions diagnosed by allopathic medicine, the client is responsible for consulting with their medical practitioner before working with any Ayurveda practitioner with any medical condition they may have.

REIKI:

Reiki is not meant to be a replacement for advised medical treatment. A practitioner is not to diagnose any medical conditions through reiki. The client is responsible for consulting with their medical practitioner before working with a Reiki practitioner for any diagnosed medical condition.

INTUITIVE READINGS:

Any reading given is to help the client connect to their own inner support system. These readings are for the interpretation of the client only. While readings may be discussed between client and reader, it is always up to and the responsibility of the client to decide the meaning of the readings and discussions. Readings and or the reader will never direct a person to enact any illegal or harmful action towards themselves or others. A client will never be led to believe or told to do anything that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or obscene.

You may purchase programs through a one-time payment or in monthly installments, as specified on the sites. When you make a purchase, you authorize the business to charge the credit, debit card, PayPal or Stripe account you provide on a one-time or monthly basis, or payment plan, depending on which payment plan you elect.
The business reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following: fraudulent orders, incorrect pricing or non-payment.

REFUNDS:

If you are not satisfied with a program that you purchased, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid for that program, provided that you: email me at lakshmi (at) spiralhearthealing (dot) com, no later than thirty (30) days following the date of purchase, requesting a refund, stating the reason for your request.
