STEP INTO The
Goddess GARDEN

When I learned that 90% of Ayurvedic herbs are endangered, I was saddened. I felt it was part of my path to grow what I could in my sunny California climate, then educate people on how they could do the same and use these plants themselves in their everyday healing.

Already a certified San Francisco GETUP compost educator and sustainable food ambassador, I knew I had the skill to make sure that I take care of the herbs that will take care of our bodies. With deep training from Vedika Global’s Ayurveda Ancestral Herbal Library, I’ll often start the process in my garden so I can show you exactly what elements you can use (and grow!) to help you start healing if you would like to participate. I also find the land itself to be a healing, meditative space and we can hold in-person sessions indoors or out.

Honeybee

haven

I’ve been a beekeeper since 2008 and harvesting my own medicinal honey for clients as well as myself. Protecting “my girls” has made me a passionate environmentalist so there are exciting plans for future beekeeping workshops. For now, you’ll always be welcome to enjoy the garden and see them in action!

Scenes from the season

My husband, Ryan Cunningham, is a talented photographer and he loves to capture the garden and surrounding area we call home. Bees, butterflies, gorgeous flowers, farm critters, rolling hills — all are inspiration that remind us of our divine fortune to be able to live in a such an area.
